Terms of Service — Pixel Wrangler

Who we are

Pixel Wrangler is a Shopify app that lets merchants offer custom products with a real-time editor and AI design tools, and renders print-ready files on purchase. These terms apply to everyone who installs the app and uses the service.

Billing

Platform subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Scale) are billed through Shopify Billing on a monthly or annual cycle. Wrangler AI credit packs are billed through Stripe at purchase, are prepaid, and do not expire. Credits consumed are non-refundable. You can cancel your platform subscription any time from your Shopify admin; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period.

Free trial

Every platform plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. If you do not upgrade before the trial ends, the app pauses — you can resume any time.

Uptime

We target high availability and we invest in operational tooling accordingly, but we do not guarantee an SLA on lower-tier plans. Scale-tier plans include a service-level commitment in the accompanying agreement.

Your content

You own your brand assets, templates, and generated designs. By uploading or generating content through the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and serve that content back to your store as needed to run the product.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of the service is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes

We update these terms occasionally. Material changes are communicated by email before they take effect.
