Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the minimum we need to run the Customizer, Wrangler AI, and billing. We don't sell personal data. We don't use your customers' prompts or uploaded images to train AI models.

What we collect

Account data (name, email, Shopify store URL). Billing data (processed by Shopify Billing and Stripe — we never see card numbers). Usage data (which features are used, error logs) so we can improve the product and fix bugs.

Wrangler AI — prompts, uploads, generated output

When a customer uses a Wrangler AI tool (Background Removal, Image Generation, or Graphic Text), their prompt or uploaded image is sent to our AI providers to generate the result. The result and its print-ready output are stored on AWS S3 against the order so you can produce it. We don't use prompts or uploads to train AI models, and our providers don't either under the agreements we've signed.

How long we keep things

Account and order data stay while your account is active. Generated Wrangler AI assets are retained long enough to fulfill the order, with a buffer for reprints and disputes. Error logs roll off after 30 days.

Your rights

You can request a copy, a correction, or deletion of your data by emailing support. We respond within 30 days.

Third parties we use

Shopify (billing + store integration), Stripe (AI credit pack billing), AWS (hosting + file storage), Supabase (database), our AI generation providers, and Sentry (error monitoring). Each is bound by its own data-protection terms.

Your data rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you or your customers, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we'll action it within 30 days.

We honor Shopify's GDPR webhooks automatically: when a customer asks a store for their data or its deletion, and when a store uninstalls the app, we receive Shopify's data request, customer redaction, and shop redaction notifications and act on them — customer designs, uploads, and order records tied to the request are exported or erased accordingly.
