Growth and Scale tiers, the Enterprise option, and how billing runs through Shopify.
Pixel Wrangler has two self-serve plans plus an Enterprise tier. Plans bill through Shopify. Wrangler AI credits bill separately.

What changes by tier
- Growth — up to 1,000 custom orders/month, 10 templates. Self-serve onboarding, email support.
- Scale — up to 5,000 custom orders/month, unlimited templates. Concierge onboarding, priority Slack support with a named contact.
- Enterprise — for 5,000+ orders/month, multi-store operators, in-house fulfilment with custom workflows, agencies running Pixel Wrangler across clients. Custom SLA, dedicated account manager, integration help shaped to your stack.
If you go over your tier mid-month, the customizer keeps working. We don't hard-cap orders. You'll hear from us about moving up before the next bill.
How billing works
Plans bill through Shopify. The charge appears on your Shopify invoice alongside your other app subscriptions. Cancel any time from Apps → Pixel Wrangler → Manage.
Wrangler AI credits bill via Stripe, separate from your Shopify subscription. See Credits and billing for how that works.
Switching plans
From Settings → Billing, click Change plan. The change takes effect immediately:
- Upgrading — Shopify prorates the difference and charges the new rate for the rest of the period.
- Downgrading — the new rate applies at the next billing cycle.
If a downgrade would put you below your current usage (e.g. dropping from Scale to Growth while you have 11 templates against Growth's 10-template limit), the change is blocked until you reduce usage.
